If your group is interested in the natural world join us one morning for a Selah Springs Ranch Nature Tour. Our Nature Tour is intended to highlight the wide array of wildlife and plant-life on the ranch while also touching on the cultural history of the area. We will identify more than 20 plant and tree species and keep your cameras ready as we search for our 5 exotic antelope/deer species as well. The tour ends with an exploration of Selah Springs’ very own cave system – discovered in 2011. Typical tour length is 1.5 hours.
Those looking to practice their skills with a rifle or pistol can try our target range while those who prefer a moving target can try their hand at skeet shooting. All firearms, ammunition, and targets must be provided by our guests.
With over 5 miles of rugged trails to explore you can keep yourself busy all day as you weave through limestone canyons, across game trails and through the oak hills of Selah Springs. Hiking is free for all guests so come and enjoy the landscape.
Fish for Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Drum and Alligator Gar on over a mile of private river frontage.
Combine treasure hunting with a cross country race and you have orienteering! Orienteering is a team sport that requires navigational skills using map and compass to travel from point to point in diverse and usually unfamilliar terrain. It is a great way to hone your navigation skills, but its also a wonderful leadership/team building exercise as well. This adventure is great fun for a lone navigator or for the entire family to enjoy.
